Our fun and interactive workshops are designed to provide stress management skills for life.

Workshops are conducted in one hour time slots making it easy to incorporate in the lunch hour.  We can tailor a workshop specifically to meet the needs of your workplace.  Contact us for information.

Education on healthy eating, stretching and relaxation techniques will help you combat the stress and strain of our modern environment.  Effective skills are taught in a simple way so that they can be incorporated into your daily routine.

Our qualified, caring and practical facilitators provide info sheets for self-help and ongoing email support.

Breathe and Stretch:

Our yoga teacher will teach you simple breathing and relaxation exercises to help you deal with stress.  These can be done in as little as 5 min.

Most of us are breathing incorrectly.  Let go of tension, learn to breathe from your diaphragm!

Let’s teach you effective stretches to alleviate tension and prepare the body for the day ahead. These can be used by everyone even if you have to lock yourself in your bathroom for ten minutes of peace and quiet!

Nutrition – the basics 

Our resident naturopath and nutritionist will help you demystify healthy eating. What’s good, what’s bad?
And how to achieve a balance.
